1. Low-dose 200 kV X-ray scanner with 3 m X 3 m portal-shaped detection system for inspection of occupied passenger vehicle, designed with innovative "drive-through" technology;

Occupied vehicle scanning capability: Passengers can stay in their cars during scanning process, driving them under their own power through the inspection portal.
The deployment of the Safeway® TH3000 requires a relatively small ground surface without special requirements for additional infrastructure. Operator's workplace can be installed up to 100 meters away from the inspection portal. Optionally, the weather-proof module for the operator with the electrical generator can be supplied to provide autonomous operation.
The Safeway® TH3000 is able to scan and control rapidly the contents of cars in controlled traffic flow (free-flow operation mode). The recommended speed of the car is 10-15 km/h.
The Safeway® TH3000 produces high-quality X-ray images of inspected objects through 20 mm of steel at car speeds of 10 km/h.
High quality X-ray images
To ensure proper detectability of the concealed objects, the Safeway® TH3000 produces images with the 2% of the contrast sensitivity and 0.8mm copper wire detection capability.
Safeway® TH3000 ensures the low dose for driver and passenger operation (complies with ANSI 43.17 standard) as well as protection of the operator. The inspection portal is equipped with the video surveillance system to avoid the inspection of the passer-by's.

Our inspection system uses the following measures to improve the safety standards.
1) transmitter monitor
The inspection system monitors all the transmitters automatically, which can find all the breakdown in time. Conduct redundant design for important transmitter to ensure the reliability of the whole system.
2) X ray shielding
There's X ray shielding settings both on the accelerator and the detector
3) Acoustooptical warner
The inspection system has warning lights and buzzer, which can indicate the status of the system. When the beaming is on, the red warning lights and buzzer work, reminding all the people out of the restricted area.
4) Infrared alarm
During beaming, the infrared alarm starts to work if someone get close to the restricted area.
5) Safety interlock system
Urgent stop button will cut off the accelerator's power supply if any emergency.
6) Keys switch, the accelerator stop beaming when this switch is off.
7) Micro wave control
When the inflated voltage is lower than normal value, the system will cut off the power supply, and stop to produce the micro wave.
8) CCTV surveillance
The operator station has CCTV and broadcasting system, can monitor the whole situation
